Video consultations may be arranged after confirmation by Harman Mindcare Clinic. Availability depends on the doctor’s assessment, schedule, and whether video consultation is appropriate for the concern.

Not for emergencies

Teleconsultation is not suitable for emergencies. For self-harm risk, violence risk, severe withdrawal, confusion, unconsciousness, acute psychosis, overdose, or any immediate danger, please go to the nearest emergency department or call local emergency services.

Doctor confirmation and discretion

First consultation, follow-up, prescription, referral, and in-person visit decisions are at the doctor’s discretion. The doctor may advise an in-person consultation when clinically appropriate.
